How many daily sessions can I book on a weekly membership?

You can attend as many sessions as you like. Pre-book a bed or simply walk in. We currently have 3 beds for bookings and 3 for walk-ins.

Do you have class passes or packages?

No,  we provide 24/7 unlimited access with no capped sessions. Our memberships are cost-effective, flexible, and more valuable than traditional class packages.

Are all your memberships locked in?

No, we offer a No Lock-In option, which also allows pauses. For locked-in memberships, pauses are still available. Full pause information can be found in the Glofox app.

How do I cancel my no lock-in membership?

Cancellations must be requested via email and include a completed cancellation form. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and submit your request ahead of your intended end date.

How do I gain access once I’ve paid for a membership?

After purchasing, you’ll receive 24/7 access via our app once all relevant documents are signed and the safety induction message is completed.

• Tap your phone (app fob) for entry.

• A physical key fob is available for $20, but phone access is the easiest option — just tap and go.

How do I gain entry as a casual visitor?

Purchase a casual session under the Credits tab, complete all required documents, and respond to the safety induction. You’ll then receive an email with instructions to access the studio via the KISI app.

Do you have a timetable?

No, you create your own schedule. Memberships allow unlimited sessions at any time.

How do I book a class?

Book in advance through the Glofox app, or on the spot if walk-in beds are unavailable.

Are you really open 24/7?

Yes! Our on-demand system offers:

  • 30+ class styles

  • 900+ classes

  • 30+ virtual instructors Pause, rewind, or choose your duration anytime — total flexibility, no bookings required.

How long is a class?

Classes range from 5 to 50 minutes, and you can pause, rewind, or resume at any time.

How do I use a Reformer if I’m a beginner?

We make starting easy and pressure-free:

  • Detailed introductory video available

  • 4-week Beginners Challenge to build confidence and fundamentals

  • Virtual instructors provide the same cues as live classes, with the ability to pause and move at your own pace

How does this personalised experience work?

Using our touch-screen digital library, you can choose from 900+ instructor-led workouts on our state-of-the-art Reformers. Log in to save favourites and build a fully personalised routine.

Can I focus on a specific body part?

Yes, select your category, duration, instructor, equipment, and level. For example, you can choose sessions specifically for legs, with over 30 sessions dedicated to lower-body work.

Do I need wireless headphones?

Optional:

  • Use for a more personalised, distraction-free experience

  • Or play the session out loud Wireless headphones are available during staffed hours for $15

Are grippy socks mandatory?

No, they are recommended for safety and traction, but not required. Grippy socks are available to be purchased during staffed hours for $15

What should I bring to a Pilates session?

  • Comfortable workout clothes
